The success story of PFR goes together with the evolution of SOCO SLT-152-Fiber. This model is a multipurpose laser cutting system that fits a wide range of fabrication needs. Straight and angle laser cutting, hole making, notching, slotting, marking: SLT-152-Fiber can make all these jobs in one process.
Equipped with the SOCO i2 CAD-CAM system, the 3D interface simplifies the designing process so that fabricators can make parts in a few minutes. The built-in Automatic Nesting generates the cutting path for optimized material utilization. The system also includes a vast library of cutting parameters to minimize setup time and material wastage. Efficient, precise, and reliable, PFR purchased SOCO's first generation of SLT-152-Fiber more than 7 years ago, increasing exponentially the factory capacity.
Full Control
With more orders and more opportunities, PFR needed to increase production once more, so they purchased the second generation of the SLT-152-Fiber model. With improved cutting capabilities, this laser cutting system integrates new software functions to monitor and control production. SOCO IRMS (Internet Remote Monitoring System) helps manufacturers supervise their machines from any device with Internet access. The SMS system sends messages with updates on the machine status so that the management team can monitor the production from anywhere at any time.
Automation
Today, as PFR keeps walking the road to success and expansion, a new SLT-152-Fiber is used at the factory. The last generation of this model integrates further enhancements aimed at automating the processes of the factory. SOCO laser cutting systems can be connected to other SOCO solutions such as tube chamfering machines, length measuring, and stacking systems. With minimized setup times, automatic loading, unloading, and conveyor belts to sort the material, PFR can carry out production tasks reliably around the clock.

Thanks to the versatility of the SLT-152-Fiber, PFR is now able to expand its capabilities and products, delivering orders for more clients and industries. In the early winter of 2021, PFR received a request for 50,000 meters of processed tubes. Thanks to the speed of their production and an extensive warehouse, they ensured the delivery of the order on time.
